“Great location. You literally have great bars and restaurants across the street as well as two convenience stores right there as well. Check in is at 1p. My transatlantic flight got in early and I was unable to check in at 11a. Front desk said room would be ready in 1 hour (noon). Passed out in the lobby and was woken up with my key card right at noon. Room is super tiny. Bed is between a twin and full. Has balcony with no view but good to let fresh air in. Clean. If youre a little thick, the toilet might be a pain in the ass. As with most European hotels, they dont furnish washcloths so bring your own. I dont think the room I had would work for more than 1 person. Neighborhood was safe. Madrid literally never sleeps, kind of insane. Same group of polite ladies of the night hanging on the corner. They didn't bother me. Saw no other foolery. When walking over to city center, be prepared to walk up and down hills. Wear comfortable shoes, trust me. I paid $640 for 4 nights over the NFL weekend. Can't beat that a block from Grand Via and $4 train ride to Real Madrid Stadium. Airport shuttle bus 203 stops at Cibeles which is a 15 minute walk to the hotel, straight up (literally) Grand Via. Its 5 euros if you have time to kill and not too much luggage.”
“Great location in the center of town. Rooms clean, but nothing special. Hotel has limited facilities to store and prepare your own meals. Staff was helpful”
“Great value great location. The rooms are typical of any hotel in this price range. We stayed for a week the staff is friendly. My favorite thing was the photo on the wall in my room it was an old photo from the days of anti fascist resistance and I thought that was super cool.”
